Vision boards are really fun and easy to do. Just cut and paste your intentions onto a board.
A free car, $, spiritual enlightenment–whatever is right for you.
Hang up your collage in a very visible space; next to your bed is great, on the wall in your office or in the barn stall. Wherever you are likely to notice it throughout the day. It’s great to meditate and focus on it but its equally effective for your brain just to pick up the signal repeatedly.
Its nice to have a time once a year to do a jumbo yearly board such as new years, your birthday, winter equinox and reflect on what has been manifested what still seems relevant and what is important now. Save the outdated ones. Its great to look back.
Those of us who do make vision boards this marvel at the serendipity that occurs. On my current board I have an image of a woman wearing a green shirt who to me represented graceful aging and what 40 looks like to me. I now own the shirt and it’s a lucky brand shirt which is a brand not even sold in canada!!!!!! Not at all what I was trying to attract, but it works for me! This is typical of the way vision boards work: what you think you want so desperately is presented to you in a much kinder, more dignified way. Be conscious of what you wish for.
